Happy New Year!

I initiated this blog early in 2020 in anticipation of starting a new cardiology practice at Pima Heart & Vascular. I had always thought it would be fun to write about topics covering the breadth of problems that arise in the field of cardiovascular medicine and this career transition seemed like a good opportunity to achieve that aim. I hope that those of you who have been reading these blogs have found them useful.

Having covered what I believe are the most frequent cardiology problems that most readers will encounter, I will start 2023 as I did at the beginning of last year: recycling these articles, hoping to give those who stumble upon this website in the future an opportunity to read about these topics.  I will add new information when applicable and occasionally throw something in new and interesting.

I wish you all a wonderful New Year and best wishes in 2023!
